The client supplies its AI model; Menlo provides 11 deterministic tools, public discovery and free quote-request handoff. Private customer access uses OAuth and separate consent. Menlo Insurance Services quotes P&C in California and Texas only. MCP access is free; insurance premiums are separate. Tools cannot bind, purchase, issue or sign insurance.
