HomeScout

Finding a rental in Ireland can mean scattered searches, missed replies and a lot of repetitive application work. I built HomeScout to bring that into one place. Renters can search in plain English across Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick, compare neighbourhoods with MarketScout, and save a Rental Agent brief for daily matching. Application preparation helps you draft a useful introduction, with review and send as the default. Built with Next.js, React, Convex, FastAPI and PostgreSQL. HomeScout has a free Explorer plan and optional paid Scout access. I am continuing to improve it for Irish renters, students and people moving from abroad.
