Menlo for Agents combines agency workflow software with placement support for independent property and casualty insurance agents in California and Texas. It is designed around preparing applications, reviewing eligible carrier quotes, and keeping client follow-ups moving in a shared workflow. The workflow also brings client questions, follow-up drafts, and placement documents together with the file. Follow-ups are drafts that the agency reviews and sends.
