BlaBlaScribe
BlaBlaScribe turns audio and video into transcripts, subtitles, translations and dubbed voice-overs, all in one browser editor.
What it solves: AI subtitles are never perfect, and fixing them in most tools means reading a document, scrubbing a tiny player and losing your place. I wanted an editor that works like a video editor. Upload a file up to 8 GB or paste a YouTube link, get a transcript with speaker labels in 120+ languages, fix it against a timeline, translate subtitles into 50+ languages, or dub the video into 27 languages with a voice per speaker or a clone of the original.
How I made it: I'm a designer, and my wife teaches baking courses to students who speak different languages, so I started with a tool to subtitle and translate her videos. My own experience cutting video in Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve shaped the editor: the timeline is the player, every speaker is a track, the model's doubtful words get a keyboard review pass (Space to listen, Enter to accept, Tab to the next), and export works like a delivery page with a live preview.
