Rezup tells SaaS founders why customers cancel, in the customers' own words, ranked by the MRR you lost. What it solves: when someone cancels, you get a churn percentage and maybe a dropdown answer like "too expensive". Nobody types a detailed reason into a form, but people will talk for a minute. You connect Stripe with a read-only key; when a customer cancels or downgrades, Rezup sends them one question by email. They answer by voice in the browser, or by text if they can't talk, in any of 120+ languages, with no app or account. Answers are transcribed, translated and grouped into reasons like "missing a feature" or "switched to a competitor", each with the MRR behind it. You get a weekly report, Slack or Telegram alerts, and you can reply from your own email to win some of them back. Not on Stripe? The same works through a link, a widget or a QR code. How I made it: I'm a designer who taught himself to code. My first product, BlaBlaScribe, is a transcription and subtitle tool. To improve it I needed to know what users struggled with, and forms gave me dry one-liners. When people could just talk, they told me what to fix and why they'd leave. Rezup grew out of that, and it reuses the speech pipeline I'd already built for BlaBlaScribe. Stack: - Laravel 12, Inertia 2, Vue 3, PrimeVue 4, Tailwind - Stripe webhooks for cancellations and downgrades, Laravel Cashier for our own billing - Speech-to-text on our own servers in Germany, Google Gemini for translation and grouping reasons (it gets text, never the audio) - wavesurfer.js for playback in the inbox Pricing: free up to $5k MRR with Stripe connected (or 25 responses without Stripe), no card. Paid plans from $29/month, $23 billed annually.Rezup screenshot
