Rebutdesk

Rebutdesk is a customer support inbox for online stores that take payments through Stripe and PayPal. Email, live chat and AI-drafted replies from the same buyer live in one case, with the order next to the conversation. A person approves anything that commits the store. When a chargeback or dispute arrives, it opens in that same case with the deadline on top, and the timeline you already have becomes the evidence PDF you review and submit. Pricing is flat: cloud plans from $29 a month with agents included, and no percentage of the chargebacks you win. The self-hosted edition is open source under AGPL-3.0 and runs on Docker, any Node server or Cloudflare Workers. Rebutdesk is in early access.
