Pauzo

Pauzo is an iPhone app blocker built on Apple's Screen Time framework. Pick the apps you open on autopilot, block them on a schedule or after a daily limit, and when you reach for one, Pauzo asks for one calm breath first. Then you decide. No account, no ads, no tracking; usage stays on your phone. Free: 2 apps, 1 schedule. Pro: unlimited apps, daily limits, Lock In.
