In today's digital landscape, social media is dominated by a few major players. This leaves no room for smaller, innovative platforms to thrive. Yet, many smaller platforms offer unique experiences, fresh perspectives, and communities that value more meaningful connections. We created Soshials to help these platforms gain visibility and a supportive user base. Here's how it works: 1. Share a new social network If you've created your own social network or simply know of one that could be interesting to people, share it here! It takes only a few minutes and requires only some basic information about the platform to post it. The front page of Soshials features all of the posted platforms. 2. Users commit to trying it For any social media platform to work effectively, it needs a dedicated user base willing to give it an honest shot. That's why we encourage participants to commit to trying the platforms on Soshials for a full month. This allows enough time for users to get accustomed to the platform's features, find their community, and discover its unique value. 3. We collect feedback At the end of each month, we ask users to share their experiences with the platform. This feedback is essential to us, to the community, and to the developers of the platform. Users can describe what they liked, what they found challenging, and any unique aspects that stood out. Any thoughts? If you have any questions, suggestions, or want to be involved then please let us know! We love to hear from others passionate about supporting small social media platforms.Soshials screenshot
