Hey everyone, I've noticed that many of my non-Chinese-speaking friends are looking for a good Chinese name. It's often a challenge. Sometimes the names can sound a bit generic, or worse, have an unlucky pun that only a native speaker would catch. Finding a name that truly reflects your personality, sounds nice, and that you can introduce with confidence is harder than it seems. "Safety Check": The system is designed to be a cultural guide. It analyzes for bad-sounding puns, checks if a name is too common or strange, and generally tries to steer you away from choices you might regret later. Explains Everything: For each name it suggests, you get a detailed breakdown: Meaning: What each character means individually and what they mean together. Sound: An analysis of why the name sounds pleasant to the ear. The "How-to": My favorite part. It gives you a short script on how you can introduce your new name and explain its meaning to others. This is a personal project for me. It's completely free to use, and I'm not trying to sell anything. I just wanted to build a helpful bridge for anyone interested in the culture.
