PASS2RENT

PASS2RENT solves a critical challenge for car rental agencies: modernizing operations without the cost of custom software. Many agencies struggle with fragmented tools, manual processes, and outdated systems that frustrate customers expecting digital-first experiences. We built a complete white-label platform that lets any agency offer contactless rentals, manage fleets, and accept bookings—all under their own brand. The project started from direct experience working with rental operators who needed enterprise-level technology but couldn't justify massive development budgets. We designed PASS2RENT to be turnkey: agencies plug in their branding and go live without technical complexity. The platform runs on a modern, scalable stack. The backend is built with Spring Framework, providing a robust and secure foundation for API services and business logic. Customer-facing websites and booking engines are developed with ReactJS and Next.js, delivering fast performance, SEO optimization, and responsive interfaces. Cross-platform mobile apps built with Flutter enable smooth contactless experiences including digital check-in, document uploads, e-signatures, and photo-based vehicle inspections on both iOS and Android. Stripe handles secure payment processing with multi-currency support. Identity verification integrates with providers like Veriff and Sumsub for KYC compliance. The entire infrastructure runs on cloud architecture designed to scale from small local fleets to large multi-location operations.
