AI Tattoo Generator

Hi everyone, I’ve been spending my weekends exploring how niche AI tools can solve very specific "high-stakes" problems. The Inspiration We’ve all seen generic AI art, but when it comes to tattoos, the requirements are different. A tattoo needs clean lines, specific styles (like Fine Line, Blackwork, or Traditional), and ideally, a way to see how it looks on skin. I wanted to build something that helps people bridge the gap between a vague idea and a design they can actually take to an artist. The Maker Challenge One of the main hurdles was "prompt hygiene"—ensuring the AI generates designs that are "tattoo-ready" (minimalist backgrounds, clear borders) rather than messy, over-complicated digital paintings. I’ve been iterating on the underlying model parameters to prioritize "stenciling" quality. Where it stands Style Selection: I’ve implemented specific toggles for popular tattoo styles to reduce the "trial and error" for users. Vibe Coding: Keeping with my current workflow, I’ve tried to keep the architecture as lean as possible to focus on the output quality. I’d love your honest thoughts: Output Quality: Do the designs look like something a tattoo artist could actually work with? On-boarding: Is the flow from "Idea" to "Generated Design" fast enough, or does it feel too "generic AI"? Features: Would a "Virtual Try-on" (AR or overlay on a photo) be the logical next step, or is that too much "feature creep" for a micro-SaaS? Check it out here: https://www.tattoogeneratorai.app/ I’m really looking for "tough love" feedback on the UX and the niche viability. Happy to chat about the tech stack or the prompt engineering behind it! Best, Irving
