Distill.cv : Automated CV engine for staffing agencies Built this after watching recruiters spend 20 minutes hand-formatting every CV they receive. Across a 10-person team that's 130 hours a month of billable time lost to fonts and broken PDF tables. Distill is a straight-through processing pipe: forward a PDF to an email address, get a clean branded .docx back in 30 seconds. Same engine handles blind hiring, strips names, photos, and postcodes for GDPR/DEI compliance. Works via email, web UI, or REST API for ATS integrations. Intentionally zero-retention: everything processes in ephemeral storage and is deleted immediately. No database of candidate data to worry about, which turned out to be a strong trust signal with agencies already nervous about data compliance.
