Luota is workflow assurance for SaaS teams: it catches silent failures in background jobs before customers do. I built it because normal uptime checks do not tell you whether important work actually finished. A billing sync can return 200 but fail to update entitlements. A report job can run but send stale data. An AI batch can stall quietly. Luota lets teams send heartbeats, run-completion events, freshness checks, and safe payload evidence for those workflows. When a signal goes missing, Luota opens one incident with the owner, timeline, runbook, and alert context. The first wedge is billing and entitlement workflows for solo founders and small SaaS teams.
