AlcoList is a calm alcohol tracker for people who want to understand their drinking patterns without shame, streak pressure, or clinical language. I built it as a simple private app for tracking drinks, limits, notes, and patterns over time. The goal is not to lecture people, but to make the real pattern easier to see. Built for iOS/macOS & Android with Swift and SwiftUI.
