I built GIF Master after getting tired of jumping between separate apps just to explain a UI bug. It lets you record a tab, window, or screen, turn the useful part into a GIF, add text, arrows, boxes, emoji, or mosaic, and then compress the result for GitHub, Slack, Linear, or a pull request. Everything runs in the browser. There is no file upload step, no new window, and no need to export the same file just to upload it somewhere else. I built it with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, browser workers, and Cloudflare Pages. The goal is simple: turn “Can you show me?” into a short, clear GIF that someone can act on.
