Lipyn is a mobile app that transforms speech into structured, actionable text: multilingual transcription, automatic summaries, and auto-extracted to-dos from recordings. It solves the problem of ideas and decisions getting “stuck” in audio by reducing hours of manual transcription and reorganization after meetings, interviews, or brainstorming sessions.
How we built it: we focused on a simple, results-oriented UX, starting from iOS prototypes and iterating with feedback from consultants and small teams. The architecture combines on-device audio processing for privacy and preprocessing with a cloud AI pipeline for summarization and task extraction.
