Ravvi turns a product page into a ready-to-run social video ad. Paste a URL, it pulls the images and copy, writes a few hook variants, and renders 9:16 / 1:1 / 4:5 cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. We built it because testing creative was the slow part: one ad used to take an editor half a day, so we never tested more than two ideas. Now we ship a batch and let the numbers pick the winner. Stack: TypeScript + Node API, an ffmpeg render pipeline, Postgres, Cloudflare for delivery. The ad-format constants we render with are open source: https://jsr.io/@ravvi/ad-formats
