You upload a still image, describe the motion you want, and it returns a short clip (up to 15s at 1080p) with its own audio track and lip sync - no monthly subscription, you pay per clip. Built it because every other video tool I tried wanted $30/month for a workflow I only use a few times a week. The generation runs on Grok Imagine 1.5; the app around it handles queueing, credits and the editor. Stack: Next.js + Cloudflare Workers + R2 for asset storage. Happy to answer questions about the pay-per-use billing model, that was the trickiest part.
