CalcoloOK

CalcoloOK is a project I'm building to make everyday calculations and administrative tasks in Italy easier. The idea came from a simple problem: many calculations related to living and working in Italy are scattered across different websites, and the available tools are often outdated, cluttered, or focused on just one specific task. I'm building CalcoloOK as a growing collection of simple, focused calculators for Italian life and administration. The first tools cover some common needs: • Codice Fiscale calculator — generate an indicative Italian fiscal code from personal data and place of birth. • IVA calculator — add VAT to a net amount or extract the taxable amount and IVA from a gross total. • Codice catastale lookup — find the cadastral code for an Italian municipality or identify a municipality from its code. For the Codice Fiscale tool, users can search for their Italian municipality or foreign country of birth, and the corresponding Belfiore code is applied automatically. The calculation runs directly in the browser and doesn't require an account. The long-term goal is bigger than these first tools. I want CalcoloOK to become a useful matrix of calculators for everyday life in Italy — covering more fiscal, administrative, financial and practical calculations over time. I'm building the project iteratively as an independent developer, starting with focused tools that solve real search needs and expanding the collection based on what users actually find useful.
