LucenaCoder is a free, local, token-efficiency obsessed coding harness produced by Lucena.One, an applied AI research lab focused on extreme token-efficiency and deterministic outcomes. The primary way to use it is the desktop app, available for macOS, Windows, and Linux: client-side by default, no login, and your keys, chats, and code stay on your machine. Bring an OpenRouter key or any custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
