What is the project / what problem does it solve? MapsData turns local business listings into verified, sales-ready leads. Instead of manually searching Google Maps, websites, social profiles and business directories to figure out who owns a company and how to reach them, MapsData finds the business, identifies the decision-maker, enriches the record and verifies the contact information automatically. How did you make it? We built a multi-source enrichment pipeline around live local business data. A search starts with business listings, then our system crawls and cross-references 7+ sources, matches the business and owner across them, extracts contact information, crawls the company website, and verifies emails and phone data before returning the finished lead. What stack did you use? Custom web scrapers, residential proxies, website crawling, data normalization and entity matching, email and phone verification services, asynchronous enrichment jobs, APIs, and a database-backed web application.
