This week I tightened ChinaMedGuide’s “operational data” rule.
Hospital names and specialties change slowly. Appointment channels, accepted identity documents, campus routes, payment methods, insurance settlement and language support can change much faster. We now treat those fields as time-sensitive claims: they need a source, a verification date and cautious wording that tells readers what to reconfirm before a visit.
The practical product lesson is simple: a healthcare directory should not turn an old operational detail into a permanent promise. Freshness is part of accuracy.#ChinaMedGuide
