ParseForMe

ParseForMe is a document parsing platform that converts unstructured documents — invoices, receipts, bank statements, contracts, resumes, and IDs — into clean, structured data (JSON, CSV, or XLSX). It solves the problem of manual data entry: businesses spend hours retyping information from documents into spreadsheets or internal systems, which is slow and error-prone. ParseForMe removes that step entirely. How it was made: The idea came from a real operational need — processing large volumes of documents reliably at scale, in an environment where document variety and volume were a daily challenge. That firsthand experience shaped how the product is built: simple enough for non-technical teams to use directly, with an API for developers who want to embed parsing into their own workflows. Stack used: Built with a React frontend and a Python backend, exposing a REST API.
